What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you make a purchase with us. We also collect information when you voluntarily opt in for marketing preferences, complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Finally, we collect information when you voluntarily enquire with us on our website, social media platforms or at events (e.g. Trade Shows). Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of The Tipi Company which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt-out at a later date. The Tipi Company will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside The Tipi Company.

 

Sharing data with third parties

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our email newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

 

Online advertising

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.thetipicompany.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

 

Other websites

Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to this website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
