Once you become a part of The Tipi Company, you will be allocated your own dedicated After-Sales Manager. They will be on hand to give you all the advice and business support you may need.

So, if you have a technical question, maintenance query, or simply want to bounce a sales and marketing idea off us, our After-Sales team has the experience to give you knowledgeable feedback. Our sales team comprises incredibly experienced, professional individuals who have worked within the tipi hire, events, sales and marketing sectors for many years. They know tipi assembly like the back of their hand, so any hurdles you come across, either in the field or back in the office, they will know how to overcome them.

The benefit of being based in Britain is that we offer a full repairs service in-house, where the same team who have made your tipis, will also deal with any repairs you may need. This gives us full control over how our products are made and repaired, ensuring high quality throughout our range.

All of our tipis are supplied with a Canvas Repair Kit which allows you to rectify any minor issues you may encounter while on-site. If more significant damage occurs due to an accident, you can report this directly to your After-Sales Manager for them to help you straightaway. We have an Online Repairs Form available to our customers where all the information can be logged and photos can be uploaded. This allows your After-Sales Manager to liaise directly with the Production Team to give you honest, practical feedback about the next steps. If we can fix it, we will. If it can’t be repaired, you’re able to purchase replacement components from us.

Whether it’s a locating pin or a main tipi pole, we have every part available at your command. Just reach out to your dedicated After-Sales Manager and they will be able to help you get the parts you need.

WARRANTY

We strongly believe in the quality of our Made in Britain products, and as a result, we have a 1-year manufacturing warranty in place. If any of our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will fix it or repair it. This warranty extends to all timber frameworks, steel components and canvas accessories.
