The more information you can share with us about your goals, the better. We start all of our customer journeys with a friendly one-to-one consultation with our in-house tipi experts. They can give you inspiration about which permanent tent would be best suited to your site and give you some pointers to take home to think about, including indicative pricing and space required.
During our visit, we will give you honest advice about key factors to consider when we are designing your permanent tipi formation. Our specialists will come to you for a complimentary site visit, measuring out the land and discussing any hurdles we may need to overcome with your permanent tent. With our guidance, you will then be equipped to decide on your favourite design and layout, considering all the practical elements needed.
We offer a full start-to-finish permanent tipi installation service to take a huge amount of stress off your plate. After the installation has taken place, you will be allocated an After-Sales Manager who will be there to support you as your tipi business grows.

Here you will find downloadable checklists and advice sheets to help you maintain and clean the tipis, learn how to heat and light them, as well as weather management guidance and much more.
